Power Corrupts is the fourth campaign for the Gorgonite faction in Small Soldiers Squad Commander. It consists of three missions: Pieces and Parts, Fried Fuses and Mixed Signals. The Gorgonites attempt to sabotage the Commando Elites' attempts to use a transmitter to wake up the Commando Elite in the country.
Opening Video[]
Kevin expresses his amazement that the Gorgonites are alive as well as the Commando Elite. However, he breaks some bad news to the team. His kidnapping was just a plot to distract the Gorgonites while the Commando Elite go ahead with their evil plan. To the horror of the Gorgonites, Kevin tells them that the Commando Elite built a transmitter that will allow them to wake up the Commando Elite in the country, which will allow them to take over. He tells them to get to the electronics store and find a way to mess up their transmission while he goes to his parents for help. The Gorgonites rush off to the store.
Pieces and Parts[]
This mission takes place at the Sales Floor of Fried Electronics. The Gorgonites must locate the main console of the Commando Elite Transmitter and remove 3 components (a transistor bulb, a computer chip and a number pad) and destroy each component in microwave ovens scattered throughout the level.
Fried Fuses[]
This mission takes place at the Warehouse of Fried Electronics. The Gorgonites must locate 2 fuse boxes and short circuit them. Once this is accomplished, they must locate and overload the main generator that is powering the Commando Elite Transmitter.
Mixed Signals[]
This mission takes place on the Roof of Fried Electronics. The Gorgonites must locate the satellites being used to broadcast the signal from the Commando Elite Transmitter and access their control room. They must then destroy the satellite dishes.
