U-Cough Countdown is the third campaign for the Commando Elite faction in Small Soldiers Squad Commander . It consists of two missions: Air Pollution Solution and Control Room Conquest. The Commando Elite decide to get rid of the humans in the town by unleashing toxic chemicals from a bio-hazard chemical facility into the environment.

Finally reunited, the Commando Elite are out on the street to assess the situation of the neighborhood. Kip Killigan suggests to Chip Hazard that as they have already stamped out a significant portion of the Gorgonite infestation, they should just go ahead and clear up some of the human infestation as well. Chip Hazard is in the middle of saying that he is not convinced that their Gorgonite problem is over when they suddenly hear some people approaching. Ordering the Commando Elite to hide under a car, they eavesdrop on the conversation between a boy and his mother. The mother is in a rush but the boy shows his mother a recently destroyed Archer (which Nick Nitro proudly claims credit for). Despite her child for not being careful enough, she agrees to get him another one from just about any toy store in town. As they walk away, Kip Killigan points out that as they eradicate the Gorgonites, the humans just replenish the supply. Convinced, Chip Hazard gets Link Static to map out the quickest route to the nearest bio-hazard chemical facility.

Air Pollution Solution[]

This mission takes place in U-Cough Chemicals. The Commando Elite consists of Chip Hazard, Brick Bazooka, Link Static, Kip Killigan, and Nick Nitro. The Commando Elite must fight their way through the facility and locate 4 vats full of toxic chemicals and mixing them up to unleash upon the community.

Control Room Conquest[]

This mission takes place in the U-Cough Control Center. The Commando Elite consists of Chip Hazard, Brick Bazooka, Link Static, Kip Killigan, and Nick Nitro. The Commando Elite must fight their way through the facility and locate 4 keycards used to override the safety protocols in the control room. With this done, the noxious fumes from the chemicals are released into the community.
